3. Proteose Peptone 5.0 g
4. Dextrose 1.0 g
5. Saccharose 50.0 g
6. Dipotassium Phosphate 4.0 g
7. Trypan Blue 75.0 mg
8. Crystal Violet 0.8 mg
9. Agar 15.0 g
วิธีการเตรียม
1. Suspend 90 g of the powder in 1 L of purified water. Mix thoroughly.
2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for 1 minute to completely dissolve the powder.
3. Autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes. Cool to 50-55°C
